Vijay Deverakonda is one of the most successful Tollywood actors amongst the current generation. Currently, the actor is busy on a promotional spree for his upcoming film, Kushi, starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the female lead along with him. And during the same, the dashing actor revealed his plans of getting married.
During the promotional stint of his upcoming film, Kushi, Vijay recently graced the popular Telugu reality show, Neethone Dance. In a clip shared by the official channel partner of the show on Instagram, Vijay can be seen asked by the host of the show about his probable plans of getting married. To this, the actor playfully responded that his family members are eager for him to settle down, marry someone and bless them with grandchildren. In his words:
“My family members have been urging me to marry. My mom and dad are eager for grandchildren. But I am not interested. That’s why I jokingly suggested to them that they should get married again.”

During his previous media interaction at the trailer launch of his upcoming film, Kushi, Vijay had spoken about his stance on marriage and revealed that lately, he had begun to get comfortable and accustomed with the word, 'marriage' itself. Moreover, he also revealed that he is ready for marriage now and unlike his earlier stance, he no longer feels agitated thinking about it. Vijay had mentioned:
“I need to get married some time soon. It is around the corner. I am not scared, and comfortable with the idea now. Before, marriage was a word that no one was allowed to say around me. It would immediately agitate and irritate me. But now, I am having conversations about it."
In the same interaction, Vijay also shared how he was headstrong about getting married soon, and added that he was on the lookout for a life partner. He shared that after seeing his other friends geting married, he too has started to imbibe that same zeal and happiness, and confirmed marriage being on the cards for him soon enough.
