Vijay Varma has been grabbing all the attention and limelight ever since his relationship with his co-actress, Tamannaah Bhatia got known to everyone. For the unversed, the duo sparked their dating rumours when a viral video of them engaged in a passionate kiss during the New Year 2023 celebrations made it to social media. Thereafter, it was their first film together, Lust Stories 2, which fuelled their chemistry more than ever. And finally, after months of speculation and teasing, both Tamannaah and Vijay admitted being in a relationship with each other during different promotional interviews for Lust Stories 2. And now, Vijay Varma made a startling revelation about his love life.
In a latest interaction with the Indian Express, Vijay Varma opened up about the matters of his heart and called his phase of his relationship with Tamannaah Bhatia a humbling one. Moreover, he added that he has been not quite used to the excessive amount of attention that he has received due to his relationship status. Revealing how he is a bit uncomfortable with all of it, Vijay mentioned:
“First of all, it’s news to me that we are one of the most sought-after couples. It’s very humbling and very nice, but I wasn’t used to it when it first happened. I was very used to roaming around on my own. We go out together and we tend to get a lot of attention… I am not particularly comfortable but I am just trying to get used to it."

On July 31, 2023, Vijay and Tamannaah were spotted out and about in the city. Amidst their busy schedules, the lovebirds had taken time out to spend with one another on a dinner date. As captured by the stationed paparazzi, Vijay and Tamannaah walked hand-in-hand towards a restaurant. While Tamannaah looked effortless in a white T-shirt teamed with a pair of black baggy pants, Vijay, on the other hand, nailed his casual look in a clean-shaven avatar and donned a camouflage-printed sweatshirt with a pair of denims.
In one of her earlier interviews with Mirchi Plus, Tamannaah Bhatia was asked to reveal the most admirable quality that she finds in her beau, Vijay Varma. To this, the gorgeous actress revealed that she finds Vijay as the most amazing person ever, and that is enough of a quality to be admired in him.

Vijay and Tamannaah had kept their relationship under wraps for the longest time, and spoke about it in public for the first time when they promoted their film, Lust Stories 2. Therefore, it led to a belief among everyone that they might be faking their relationship as a publicity stunt. Speaking along the same lines, Vijay, in an interview with the GQ magazine cleared the air about it and on the contrary, mentioned that he has been ever so madly in love with Tamannaah. In his words:
“I think it’s fairly understood now that we are dating each other. I am happy and madly in love with her. I call this my I’ve ended my villain era and gotten into the romance era phase of life.”
