For the unversed, Gaurav Taneja appeared on the show to secure funding for his sports nutrition brand, Beast Life. In a promo, Gaurav revealed to have made Rs. 1 crore in shelling the whey protein within just one hour. Moreover, it was his playful banter with the Shark, Vineeta Singh that grabbed the attention.
In a promo that made rounds on social media, Gaurav Taneja could be seen pitching his whey protein brand. The wealthy YouTuber and his partner revealed that they had made a sale of Rs. 1 crore in just one hour, despite their site being password-protected. Such a revelation left the Sharks, Aman Gupta and Vineeta Singh impressed. During the conversation, Tanjea said that in today's time, all founders want to be influencers. He said, "Shark, Aaj kal har founder ko influencer banne ka kida aa gya hai". It was Vineeta Singh, who had a witty reaction. Reacting to Taneja's comment, Vineeta said:
"Aur influencer ko founder banne ka."
Pilot-turned-YouTuber, Gaurav Taneja has decided to launch his own whey protein brand, and he reached Shark Tank India 4 to secure the funding. Well, the Sharks were pretty impressed with the same.
