The father-daughter duo looked adorable as they were out for a brunch. In the photo, we could see Virat and Vamika enjoying some time at a cafe while the cricketer concentrated on his paper, the little one was busy with the delicacies. Although, in the last few years, reports about Anushka Sharma being pregnant with her second child have been making headlines, the actress and Virat never addressed the same. It was on February 20, 2024, when they took to their respective IG handle and dropped a picture note to announce that they had become parents for the second time, and Vamika had been promoted to a big sister to his little brother, Akaay.
Virat Kohli took a break from his professional front for some personal reasons, and he didn't play the test series between India and England. However, he is back on the grounds as he will be playing for RCB in IPL 2024. On the other hand, reports were rife that Kohli might be dropped from India's squad for the T-20 World Cup 2024 because he couldn't stand the demands of the selectors, who think the player's skills aren't well-aligned to the shortest cricket formats. However, another report suggested that his performance in IPL 2024 will be a deciding factor for his selection for T-20 WC 2024.

On the other hand, as per the latest developments on this matter, cricketer-turned-politician Kirti Azad recently took to his X (previously Twitter) and stated that the chief selector, Ajit Agarkar, was not able to convince himself and other selectors that Virat will not be a part of the team in T-20 World Cup.
