From their intimate yet heartwarming wedding ceremony to being their goofy selves, everything proves why they are the 'couple goals' in today’s time. ‘Virushka’ got married on December 11, 2017, and this year, that is, in 2023, they have completed six years of togetherness. The couple is blessed with a daughter, Vamika, and if reports are to be believed, the two might be embracing parenthood soon again.
As the couple, Anushka and Virat, celebrate their sixth anniversary, their fans have been sharing a lot of throwback videos of the duo. We have stumbled upon one such video shared by a fan page of the couple. In the video, King Khan, aka Shah Rukh Khan, is seen teasing the Indian cricketer, Virat Kohli. The latter is seen wearing a photo of his now-wife, Anushka Sharma, around his neck, and he mentioned to SRK why he worked so hard to get a photo of Anushka when he already has a picture of her in his wallet. In the clip, the Indian cricketer said:
“Aapne itna kasht kyu uthaya photo choose karne ke liye? Mere se maang lete. Kahan aapne dance karaya, pataakhe bhi phod diya. Wallet mein padi hai.”

This whole revelation happened during the IPL opening ceremony in 2014, when SRK requested Virat to come up on stage to play a fun game with him. Bollywood’s Baadshah then went on to say that they are going to conduct a swayamvar for the young cricketer. Shah Rukh then asked the cricketer to describe the qualities he would want in his wife-to-be. The latter says he wants a girl with thick hair, big eyes, and a mature personality. As the segment proceeds, Shah Rukh Khan then says that if you are not like the other girls, I have someone in my mind, who is like a sister to me. The former then reveals the photo of none other than Anushka Sharma, to which Virat says, “Kya kar rahe ho yaar”. Then the duo randomly selects a girl which ultimately ends up being the cricketer’s ladylove, Anushka Sharma.
