Vivek Dahiya Issues New Statement On Divorce Buzz From Divyanka Tripathi, 'Trolling Has Become'

One of the most loved pairs on Indian TV is Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya. The couple has been happily married for nine years, but recent reports were doing rounds claiming that the couple is headed for separation. Ever since Divyanka and Vivek got married on July 8, 2016, their fans have loved the pair as they keep shelling out their relationship goals. Now, Vivek, who has already earlier revealed that he and Divyanka laughed it off and wanted to enjoy the speculation with a tub of popcorn, made another new statement about his divorce buzz.

Vivek had earlier in a media statement already shared that such rumours or stories are weaved for clickbait content for YouTube. However, during a recent interview with Filmibeat, the actor shared that he has somehow become immune to the part of the gossip culture because he and his wife, Divyanka, are public figures, and being trolled on social media is a part of his life. In his words:

"Not so. Absolutely not. We are being subjected to it because trolling has become a part of our lives. Anybody who is in the public eye will be subjected to it."

Earlier, in a recent interview with Telly Talk, Vivek shared that it has become a funny situation as he is fine with what people have to think. As he said, these are those people who make up stories based on baseless claims, which do not have any facts or proof. He said:

"Main Divyanka ke alawa kisi aur mahila ke saath airport pe spot hua - is this how you create headlines? Wow! That is so amazing guys (slow claps). Standing ovation. I need not say more. Views aayenge, toh kamayi aayega (If they get views, they will earn). If that happens, more such stories will come out. However, audience has become smart and they've realised that ye bakwaas hai. Don't tap on such things."

It was on the sets of their hit serial, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, which also had Karan Patel, that Vivek and Divyanka met and were destined to have a happily ever after. As per reports, a common friend of the duo made them meet, and what started as friendship soon bloomed into a beautiful relationship. It was Vivek, apparently who made the first move, proposed to the actress and then, as destiny had its way, they took their relationship ahead and got married grandly. After doing the serial, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein together, they were also seen in the dance reality show Nach Baliye 8, and it was in 2017 when they won the show.

Earlier, in an interview with the Free Press Journal, Vivek shared that he was hesitant to marry Divyanka as she was a big-time actress. However, over the time, he realised that all that she wanted was a simple life as she was a simple girl.
