Deepika Padukone worked with the veteran actor, Amitabh Bachchan in the blockbuster hit film, Piku. In Sujoy Ghosh's film, the legendary actors played the roles of father and daughter, and indeed, the movie became immemorial. Since then, the duo shares a beautiful bond with each other. And now, a video surfaced online which proves Deepika and Amitabh's bond. Not only that, as Amitabh complained about one of Deepika's habits, netizens can't stop pouring their hearts out in the comment section.
At the beginning of the video, Deepika Padukone can be heard revealing how her on-screen father, Amitabh Bachchan used to steal food from her. At first, Amitabh enacted like he could not hear her words and asked her to repeat the sentence. Soon, the loving on-screen daughter was seen repeating the words, 'you used to steal my food'. And to this, Amitabh made a hilarious facial expression.

But Amitabh didn't stop there. Instead, he then complained about Deepika's eating habits. Talking about the same, Amitabh mentioned that while normal people eat thrice a day or within a gap of three hours at least, Deepika used to keep on munching on food every 3 minutes. However, Amitabh also hilariously added that he always wonders, despite Deepika constantly munching, she is so thin. Amitabh also asked Deepika to stand up and tried to raise her hand to show his concern. This left Deepika in splits.
As soon as the video featuring Amitabh and Deepika's conversation surfaced online, netizens rushed to the post's comments section to drop hilarious opinions about it. While one user mentioned, "I personally think that this is the best father nd daughter relationship. I had saw many father and daughter based movies but never saw like them", another user commented, "Only she can say that to the respected senior Bachchan . .the most amazing chemistry." In an old interview with CNBC, Deepika Padukone can be seen involved in a candid conversation along with other actresses, including Kangana Ranaut, Vidya Balan and Nimrat Kaur, wherein the interviewer asked them about 'any actress they grew up admiring'. To this, Deepika answered that she belonged to a sports family and films didn't take a major part. Thus, she doesn't have any idol actress as such. However, afterwards, Kangana mentioned that although she hailed from a middle-class family, where the major focus was studying, she learned a lot of aspects from many other actresses of her previous generation. Then, Nimrat Kaur mentioned her idol, Madhuri Dixit and Vidya also praised many actresses of the 60s-80s.
