Indian cricketer, Hardik Pandya has been turning heads since last year when he was announced as the captain of Mumbai Indians for IPL 2024. After getting severe backlash on his professional front, reports about his divorce from Natasa Stankovic surfaced on the internet. The duo kept their decision to part ways under wraps for the longest time and announced it publicly after Hardik and the men in blue lifted the ICC T20 World Cup trophy.
In a joint statement released on July 18, 2024, Hardik and Natasa announced their separation after four years of marriage while mentioning that they will be co-parenting their son, Agastya. Meanwhile, after the divorce announcement, Hardik was speculated to be dating Bollywood actress, Ananya Panday, which was later quashed by several sources. However, it seems that the Indian cricketer has a new fling now.

The 30-year-old Indian cricketer is currently vacationing in Greece, and eagle-eyed netizens noticed the similarity in pictures uploaded by Hardik and British singer, Jasmin Walia. They have posted identical photos from the same location, seemingly hinting at the possibility that the two have been seeing each other. British singer and TV personality, Jasmin Walia was born in Essex, England, to parents of Indian descent. She has had a knack for singing since childhood and is even passionate about performing on stage. Her father recognised her love for music and enrolled her into singing classes. Jasmin is also fond of Indian music and Bollywood movies.
Jasmin applied to the University of Cambridge to study philosophy, but she was not accepted. She spent a few years as a Customer Adviser with Natwest Bank and also signed up for an accounting course through the ACCA, but ultimately chose to drop out of it.

The British singer first entered the world of glitz and glam in 2010 as an extra in the TV series, The Only Way In Essex. Later, in 2012, she became a full-time cast member. In 2014, Jasmin started her own YouTube channel, where she uploaded song covers alongside artists like Zack Knight, Ollie Green Music, and others. In 2015, Jasmin appeared on the British TV show, Desi Rascals 2, which also featured her former boyfriend, Ross Worswick. She also participated in The X Factor and Dinner Date and starred in Casualty, Doctors, and other shows.
In 2016, Jasmin released her debut single, Dum Dee Dee Dum with Zack Knight. She released her second single, Girl Like Me, the same year on her YouTube channel. In 2017, Jasmin released her song, Bom Diggy, which was remade for the soundtrack of the 2018 Bollywood film, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. Her collaboration with Zack Knight on the song, Bom Diggy reached the top spot on the BBC Asian Network's Official Asian Music Chart in 2017.

As of now, her song, Bom Diggy has more than 424 million streams. It also garnered her a nomination for the 11th Mirchi Music Awards' Emerging Female Vocalist of the Year category and was also nominated for Song of the Year at the Mirchi Music Award. Apart from her recognition in music, Jasmin was also named in the Top 50 Sexiest Asian Women List by Eastern Eye in 2014 alongside Zayn Malik and in 2015 with Sanaya Irani.
Jasmin also etched history in July 2020 when her song, Want Some, appeared on the Times Square Billboard-One Times Square in New York City, making her the first female British Indian singer to do so. Meanwhile, Jasmin had also teamed up with Bigg Boss 13 finalist and rapper, Asim Riaz for the 2022 music video, Nights N Fights.
Reports about Hardik and Jasmin's dating rumours surfaced in the media when netizens pointed out similarities in their post. It is worth noting that the British singer even follows the Indian cricketer on Instagram, and the latter has even liked several of her posts on the social media platform.
