Emily Osment and Jack Anthony tied the knot on October 12, 2024, in an intimate and extremely private ceremony. However, less than two months into the marriage, the couple decided to separate. According to the court documents, Osment filed for divorce from Anthony on March 7, 2025. However, the official date of separation was listed as December 7, 2024.

According to TMZ reports, the Hannah Montana fame and her now-ex-husband had a prenuptial agreement in place, which helped streamline the legal process. Both Osment and Anthony waived the right to seek spousal support, and their divorce was settled quickly after the mandatory six-month waiting period. 

On September 8, 2025, the judge officially dissolved the short-lived marriage. Earlier this year, shortly after filing for the divorce, Osment reflected on the split. Speaking to PEOPLE, the Young Sheldon actress said:

"I think with any big decision in your life, whether it’s relationships or work or whatever it may be, you have to firmly plant both feet in that decision. Ultimately, it didn't work out."

Who is Jack Anthony?

So who exactly is the man Emily Osment once called her husband? Born on March 26, 1982, the 43-year-old musician’s real name is Jack Farina. The singer-songwriter has built a life that balances both creativity and business.

In 2015, Jack graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in cognitive science and behavioural economics. During his time in college, he was an active fitness enthusiast. He was one of the founding members of the Society of Awakening Souls, a group that explored yoga, meditation, and metaphysical ideas.

After higher studies, Jack stepped into the tech world and currently works as head of strategic partnerships at Linktree, a popular social media landing page platform. At the same time, he worked on his passion for music. He has made a name among fans as a singer-songwriter, DJ, and producer who shares tracks and DJ sets on SoundCloud under the name ‘Farina’. 

Unlike his globally renowned former partner, Jack Anthony has largely kept his life private. He maintains private social media accounts, and during his relationship with Emily Osment, the actress initially kept his identity hidden, only posting subtle photos. Jack and Emily’s romance had long blossomed in private before gradually becoming public in the years leading up to their marriage.
