The WWE wrestler rose to fame in 2001 for his tenure with New Japan Pro-Wrestling under the ring name, Prince Devitt. Within the promotion, he became a three-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion and six-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion. He held the title twice with Minoru and four times with Ryusuke Taguchi. 

However, the ring wrestling isn't the only skill Finn Balor excels at. He also holds a first-degree black belt in IBF submission. He is also an avid comic book reader and a Lego collector, and has often worn face and body paint inspired by comic book characters during his matches. Veronica Rodriguez Cuesta, also known as 'Vero Rodriguez', was born on March 26, 1987, in Mexico City. From a young age, she became deeply fascinated by sports and the emotions they evoked in people, not just those who played them but also those who watched them. The young girl grew up to study communications at Universidad Iberoamericana and graduated with honours in 2006.

Veronica Rodriguez knew she wanted to do something related to sports, so in her college days, she started working for her university's sports program as a reporter for Pumas TV. And once she had obtained her bachelor's degree, she joined MVS Television, where she co-hosted the program, Locas por el Futbol. In her early days, she also worked for the magazine named Medio Tiempo. 

However, her big break came in 2014 when she signed a contract with Fox Sports Mexico. Veronica Rodriguez had to undergo several auditions and meetings with the producers over the course of three years before she was signed by the outlet. She soon started hosting sports entertainment program including Fox Para Todos and La Previa del fin de Semana. These shows focused on the previews of the upcoming matches. On the sidelines, she also became a reporter for Liga MX and Liga MX Femenil matches. 

Veronica Rodriguez soon grew popular for anchoring Agenda Fox Sports and Lo Mejor de Fox Sports for Fox Sports Mexico and Fox Deportes. She even earned the nickname 'La Guera', meaning 'the Blonde', while working for Fox Sports Mexico. Veronica also covered the 2016 Summer Olympics, became the anchor of Agenda on Fox Sports, and was a reporter at Formula 1 and Formula E races. This eventually led her to cover numerous editions of WWE Saturday Night and became the stage for her to meet the love of her life.

Finn Balor and Veronica Rodriguez's first meeting

Veronica Rodriguez crossed paths with Finn Balor when she started covering the WWE Saturday Night. The duo were revolving in the same circle. However, they only crossed paths in early 2019. Nonetheless, that one interaction was enough for the duo to stay connected. They eventually began interacting professionally, and it was not long before the sparks between them turned into full-blown love. 

Veronica Rodriguez and Finn Balor subsequently fell in love. According to old reports, the duo were often spotted in public and officially acknowledged their relationship in June 2019 in an interview at the UEFA Champions League final. The duo didn't waste time, and Finn got down on one knee soon after, and the two got engaged. The couple tied the knot on August 19, 2019, in a private ceremony in Tulum, and have been going strong ever since. According to the latest reports, the couple resides in Orlando, Florida, and is absolutely in love with each other.

Aside from her journalism career, Veronica Rodriguez is also a philanthropist.

Veronica founded the non-profit, non-governmental organisation, Venus, to fight gender and racial inequality alongside colleague Marion Reimers. As for Finn Balor, he has recently been in the news for tearing down Belfast with a thrilling title match. He played tremendously alongside CM Punk, despite being short at home.
