According to Miami Beach Police, officers spotted a group of young people filming in the street around 3:12 a.m. on Saturday. The YouTuber reportedly broke away and deliberately stood in the middle of an active traffic lane to record content, disrupting traffic in the process. Despite multiple commands to move, he reportedly continued filming, even saying he’ll move “once I’m done with this bet!”

At 8:48 a.m., the Miami police detained Jack Doherty after finding him in possession of drugs and illegal substances, including half of an orange amphetamine pill (Schedule II controlled substance) and three hand-rolled marijuana cigarettes. Currently, the influencer is facing charges of felony, for possession of amphetamine; misdemeanour, for possession of under 20 grams, and resisting a police officer. Court records show Doherty was transported to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Centre with a bond set at USD 3,5000.
