Who is Kennedy Stidham?

Kennedy Stidham has become one of the most commonly recognisable faces among the Denver Broncos fans this season, especially on social media. She is more than just being an NFL wife and mom of three. Kennedy is an athlete in her own right and was a former Division I soccer player at Baylor University. She met Jarrett around the same time in their freshman year in 2015. Even her father, Tad Brown, has served as the CEO of Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, which owns the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers and the NHL's New Jersey Devils.

Over the years, Kennedy has built herself a strong online presence as a lifestyle influencer. She often shares content about her daily life as an NFL wife, motherhood, family routines, and game-day traditions. Needless to say, she has earned more than 100,000 followers on Instagram and has a growing YouTube channel. Jarrett often appears in her posts, and he publicly referred to Kennedy as his "rock through the season" in an Instagram post she shared from Mile High Stadium before the game.

Three months ago, in October 2025, Jarrett Stidham and his wife, Kennedy, welcomed their third child, a daughter. Nella Jay, in October 2025. Now, within months, Kennedy is back at Empower Field supporting her husband during the playoffs. She took to her Instagram on January 20, 2026, and shared pictures from the stadium wearing a stylish matching denim set paired with a cropped jacket, with Jarrett's number "8" stitched on the back pocket. Earlier this month, she also shared an emotional Instagram story after Bo Nix's injury and penned:

"Absolute whirlwind of emotions after the game last night. Ultimately, so proud of these boys & what they have accomplished so far. Do it for 10!!!!"

Jarrett Stidham and Kennedy Stidham's college love story 

Jarrett Stidham and his wife, Kennedy, first met in college during their freshman year. Although the NFL star was later transferred to Auburn to complete his college football journey, their relationship stood the test of distance. Eventually, after dating for a couple of years, they got engaged in 2018 before tying the knot in Houston, Texas, in 2019. The couple is now parents to three children: Lennon, born in 2022; Madden, born in 2024; and baby Nella, born in 2025.
