Yami Gautam is one of the most talented actresses in Bollywood. The diva won zillions of hearts with her incomparable acting mettle, divine beauty, elegance, intelligence, and more. In her professional life, Yami is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film, Article 370. In her personal life, the actress is married to Aditya Dhar, and the much-in-love couple is now living the happiest phase of their lives as they are soon going to embrace their parenthood journey. For those who don't know, Yami is five and half months pregnant, and she recently revealed what her mom advised her after learning about her pregnancy.
Recently, Yami Gautam sat for an interview with Showsha and talked about her feelings about carrying a little one inside of her. However, in one segment of the interview, Yami shared that when she got to know about her pregnancy, then one portion of her upcoming film, Article 370, was yet to be done, and luckily enough, all the rigorous parts had been shot before. Talking about the same, Yami mentioned that her mom provided her with a wonderful piece of advice and stated that the actress's feelings about working hard would gradually and subconsciously seep into her child as well. Well, such a sweet yet strong piece of advice was heart-melting. Talking about the same, Yami shared:
"When we got to know, we still had a portion of the film to be shot. Luckily, all the training and rigorous pats were shot before. My mother was like, ‘Yami, it’s a good thing that the feeling of hard work would also subconsciously seep in your child. So, be this hardworking mother.’ We have all seen our mothers do this, perhaps in more challenging times. All the strength is within us. We do not need to overthink. We should just be happy.”

In the same interview, Yami Gautam talked about her feelings about carrying a baby inside of her. The actress called this feeling empowering and stated that it changes life and that change is for good only. Yami also shared how magical it feels to nurture a little human inside of her who is feeling through her and listening to her. The actress also stated that this is where souls get connected, and such feelings can never be forgotten. Yami can be quoted as saying:
"It is so beautiful to feel a life grow inside you, that there is another heart beating inside you, there is another life nurturing inside you and listening to you. Somewhere that soul is being developed based on how it is connected to me and listening and feeling through me, that stays through life and that is so true. Whatever I am going through, is being felt there."
In an interview with India Today, Yami Gautam shared that both she and her husband, Aditya Dhar, believe in the intuition of marriage and family. Yami stated that both she and her hubby are a family-oriented person, and they would pass down the same kind of values to their kid as well. Talking more about how she is enjoying every phase of life, Yami mentioned that she doesn't rely much on the internet to gather information about what to do and what not to do.

It was during the trailer launch event of their upcoming film, Article 370, that Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar confirmed their good news. During the event, the mom-to-be could be seen flaunting her baby bump. However, while talking to the media, Aditya revealed that they are expecting their first child soon, and they got to know about the same while filming their movie, Article 370. Moreover, the way Aditya was helping Yami climb the stairs and bringing her a pillow spoke volumes about how caring and protective hubby he is.
