Not many know that Rani Mukerji was scolded by Yash Chopra during the shooting of the film, Veer Zaara. It so happened that Rani revealed the deets about the same during her appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show when she was promoting her film, Bunty Aur Babli 2. In the film, Veer Zaara, Shah Rukh Khan and Preity Zinta played the roles of lovers, while Rani was seen as Shah Rukh’s lawyer, who helped them meet each other after many years.
When the film's shooting started, there was a huge age difference between the characters of Rani Mukerji and Shah Rukh Khan. All these years, Rani had only seen Shah Rukh as a dashing young man, who wooed people's hearts with his characters. However, in Veer Zaara, their relationship is shown as that of an elderly man and a young lady. And this is why, Rani had trouble holding back her giggles on the film's set.
