Amid Divorce With Dhanashree, Yuzvendra Chahal Spotted With Mystery Girl At Champions Trophy Final

Indian spinner, Yuzvendra Chahal, aka Yuzi, has been making headlines quite a bit lately, and it’s not because of his profession but his personal divorce row with dancer and choreographer, Dhanashree Verma. Rumours have also been swirling around his connection with a ‘mystery girl’, who was later identified as RJ Mahvash. Amid the ongoing buzz, Chahal was spotted at the Champions Trophy, enjoying the India vs New Zealand final at Dubai International Stadium, but he was not alone.

Amid the high-stakes India vs New Zealand finals, Chahal, despite not being on the field, managed to grab the limelight. As the camera panned towards Chahal in the stands, it did not take long for fans to notice his stylish companion. Seated by his side was RJ Mahvash, dressed in a crisp white Tee and oversized black sunglasses. Meanwhile, Chahal kept it casual in a black t-shirt and jacket. 

The two were seen whispering in each other's ears and sharing laughs, sparking a fresh round of dating rumours. The identity of Mahvash was confirmed after both Yuzi and her posted videos of the stadium on their IG stories, and they were taken from the same angle. 

It did not take long for the pictures and videos of Chahal and Mahvash to surface on social media. Fans flooded X (formerly Twitter) with a fresh round of discussions about Yuzvendra’s life after his divorce from Dhanashree. One user posted the photo with the caption that read:

“Yuzi Chahal Pakde gaye!”

Who is Yuzvendra’s mystery girl, RJ Mahvash?

For those wondering who the woman next to Chahal is, RJ Mahvash isn’t just a random spectator. She is a popular radio jockey, influencer, and content creator who is known for her viral prank videos, fashion reels, and fitness content. At only 24 years of age, Mahvash has an impressive 1.5 million followers on Instagram and close to 800K subscribers on YouTube. The Delhi-based RJ has also dabbled in acting and recently produced the film, Section-108.

Yuzvendra Chahal and Mahvash’s dating rumours

This isn’t the first time Mahvash’s name has been linked to the cricketer. Back in January 2025, shortly after the news of Chahal and Dhanashree’s split surfaced, Mahvash and Chahal were rumoured to be dating. However, Mahvash quickly shut down those speculations, calling them ‘baseless’. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Mahvash had slammed the speculations in a long note that read:

"Some articles and speculations have been circulating around the internet. It's literally funny to see how baseless these rumours are. If you get seen with a person of the opposite gender, does that mean you are dating them? I'm sorry, what year is this? And how many people are you all dating then?"

Chahal and Dhanashree’s fairytale romance began during the COVID-19 lockdown when they connected over dance lessons. They got engaged in August 2020 and tied the knot that December. However, by 2025, their relationship appears to have ended, with reports confirming a mutual divorce case filed in Bandra court, Mumbai.
