Amidst it, Yuzvendra's photos with RJ Mahvash and their constant public appearances together proved that something was brewing. While the two have not accepted their relationship, a video from Yuzvendra's intimate birthday celebration in London confirms they are more than just friends.

Yuzvendra celebrated his 35th birthday while playing in Northamptonshire, London. In the clip, Chahal was spotted with his rumoured girlfriend, RJ Mahvash. In the clip, Chahl was seen giving a warm hug to RJ Mahvash, sharing a warm and. tight hug with a handful of guests cheered them on. RJ Mahvash was dressed up in a white-hued tank top and teamed it with a denim skirt.

Recently, Yuzvendra Chahal appeared on The Great Indian Kapil Show, the comedian, Krushna Abhishek, teased the cricketer for his posts with RJ Mahvash. He jokingly asked him about his ongoing romance with RJ Mahvash. He said, "Darrte kyu ho? Baaki Instagram par dekha hai, darrte toh nahi zyada." After Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda also joined in. To all this Yuzvendra smiled and said:

"India jaan chuka hai."

RJ Mahvash is a Delhi-based radio jockey who graduated from A.J.K. Mass Communication Research Centre, which was also attended by Shah Rukh Khan, Barkha Dutt, and Kabir Khan, among others. The 24-year-old’s unmatched skill when it comes to using her voice quickly established her as a powerhouse in the world of radio. Soon, though, Mahvash expanded her horizons to social media, becoming India’s first female prankster with videos garnering millions of views.

As Mahvash’s popularity skyrocketed, she was approached with bigger projects, including Bigg Boss 14, Bollywood movies, and Netflix series. However, the inspiring RJ had different plans for herself, and making a small or big screen debut didn’t quite fit into them at the moment. Mahvash currently boasts a massive fan following of 1.4 million followers on Instagram.

When RJ Mahvash talked about dating Yuzvendra

When murmurs of Yuzvendra and RJ Mahvash made rounds, the latter broke her silence. She took to her IG handle and penned a note, putting a full stop to the reports of her dating Yuzvendra on January 10, 2025. She started her note by mentioning how baseless rumours of her have been circulating just because she got papped with opposite gender.

RJ Mahvash added that she has been patient for the past two to three days, but she won't let PR teams drag her name to cover up other people's image. It seems like a dig at Yuzvendra Chahal's wife, Dhanashree Verma. She further requested that netizens let people live in peace with their family and friends in tough times. She wrote:

"Some articles and speculations have been circulating around the internet. It's really funny to see how baseless are these rumours. If you get seen with an opposite gender, so you are dating that person? I am sorry what year is this? And how many people are you all dating then? I have been patient since 2-3 days now but I won't let any PR teams to drag my name into this to cover up other people's image. Let people live in peace with their friends and family in tough times."
