Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal recently stepped into their forever journey, after getting hitched back on June 23, 2024. The couple ditched an elaborate extravaganza and had an intimate civil marriage, surrounded by their friends, family and loved ones. Despite their happy union, Sonakshi and Zaheer got surrounded by a lot of controversies, as reports claimed discord within the Sinha household over the actress’ choice of groom. However, time and again, Sonakshi, Zaheer and their respective family members have rubbished such baseless speculations.
Taking to his IG handle, Zaheer Iqbal dropped a precious glimpse from his memorabilia, dating back to his courtship days with wife, Sonakshi Sinha. For the unversed, the couple dated each other for seven years, and managed to keep it under wraps for the longest. In the monochrome picture, Sonakshi, clad in a black tank top, was seen adoring her then-beau, Zaheer. The latter could be seen looking lovingly at the actress. Along with the picture, he penned a sweet caption, that read as:

“This day This moment This feeling I knew it’s FOREVER… #2017”

Well, apart from the fans and well-wishers of the duo, it was none other than Sonakshi Sinha, who reacted specially to the picture. Taking a trip down the memory lane, the actress remembered the day when the snapshot was taken and wrote:
“my jaan!!! Still singing to each other… may it never stop.”
Apart from being a doting husband, Zaheer Iqbal has also proven himself to be a most supportive partner, to his wife, Sonakshi Sinha. A proof of the same was again found on July 3, 2024, when the actor gave a hearty shoutout to his better half’s upcoming project, a horror-comedy film titled Kakuda. Sharing the teaser of the same, Zaheer took a dig at the genre of the film and reacted how it is not only quite difficult, but rather impossible for anybody to scare his wife.

Previously, during a conversation with Zoom, Sonakshi Sinha reflected on her life post-marriage with Zaheer Iqbal. While marriage marks a massive change in a person’s life, the diva expressed that she is enjoying some of the best moments of her life, without feeling much changes. Expressing her joy to bounce back into work soon after getting hitched, she said:
“It's never been better. The beauty of it is that I am feeling pretty much the same. I am happy that my life was so set before the wedding, and I am back at it. I am very happy to be back at work.”
