Sussanne Khan is one of the most popular celebrities who are followed online. Apart from being the former wife of Hrithik Roshan, she is the daughter of actor, Sanjay Khan, a mother and a successful interior designer. She is currently dating Arslan Goni, that has drawn a lot of attention from the netizens. Although a few netizens troll the couple, most of their fans admire the relationship. Recently, Zarine Khan, Sussanne's mother, shared her take on Sussanne's new relationship.
Zarine Khan is a professional interior designer and the wife of veteran actor, Sanjay Khan. She spoke to The Times Of India about her daughter, Sussanne's relationship with Arslan. Expressing her delight at her daughter's happiness, she shared that Arslan comes from a reputed political family in Jammu and is interested in acting. She wished him luck and expressed her admiration towards him. Zarine is happy that her daughter and Arslan are happy in their relationship. She was quoted as saying:
"Arslan has studied law and belongs to a reputed political family in Jammu. He's also interested in acting, so I wish him all the best for that. His family is very good, and I am glad that Susanne and Arslan are happy together."

Rumours about Sussanne dating Arslan have been in the news for a long time. But it wasn't confirmed until May 2022, when Sussanne shared Arslan's picture on her social media, acknowledging their relationship. The fans have been curious to know whether the couple will soon tie the knot or not. However, Zarine Khan feels that finding happiness with someone is a fortunate experience. She shared that marriage isn't the only thing in life; there is always uncertainty over our future. Zarine gave an example of the Hollywood couple, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russel, who have been in a relationship for more than 40 years without marriage. She said:
"The age-old notion that you have to be married to be happy and settled, no longer holds true now. Women are independent, established in their careers and also want to make their own decisions.And marriage is a bond, which not always keeps you bonded for life. So, I am happy to see that Arslan and Susanne are happy together and focused on their careers."
Despite their divorce, Sussanne and Hrithik share a good friendship. Hrithik has been dating Saba Azad, and they frequently hang out together. Hrithik and Sussanne now co-parent their sons, Hrehaan and Hridhaan. Talking about Hrithik, Zarine added that he is a wonderful human being and would always be her son. She added that she is happy that although they are not together, they have a good friendship and respect.

Arslan Goni is the brother of TV actor, Aly Goni. He starred in the web series, Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu (2021), which streamed on Zee5 and AltBalaji, co-starring Patralekhaa, Parth Samthaan, and Danish Hussain. He also appeared in Tanaav (2022), and Jia Aur Jia (2017). Arslan began his career as a model and later took acting lessons from Anupam Kher.
