On July 10, 2023, Zayn announced the name of his song with a video posted on his Instagram, where he revealed the name by spray painting it on a wall. On July 21, 2023, Zayn Malik released his much-awaited song, Love Like This. The singer thanked everyone who helped him produce the song and his fans on his latest Instagram post.

Zayn Malik can be seen romanticising with a blonde girl somewhat resembling his former partner, Gigi Hadid. The girl in the song is actor and singer, Grace Dumdaw. The 30-year-old singer, Zayn, is all set to embark on a new life. He has signed a new contract with Mercury Records. According to Billboard, Zayn’s new single, Love Like This, is different from his previous songs, including Pillowtalk and I Don’t Wanna Live Forever, with respect to his style.
The Billboard 200 chart's positions for Malik's previous albums, Mind of Mine (2016), Icarus Falls (2018), and Nobody Is Listening (2021), were No. 1, No. 61, and No. 44, respectively. The singer previously achieved two top 5 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 with Pillowtalk at No. 1 and I Don't Wanna Live Forever at No. 2. The singer was the first member of One Direction to walk out of the band and go solo.
