Zeenat Aman is one of the most beautiful and versatile actresses of her generation. And even at the age of 71, the yesteryear actress has maintained her charm. From working in the Hindi film industry to making the internet go in awe of her recent Instagram posts, Zeenat has been ruling the heart of millions for the past 53 years. Off lately, the actress has been sharing some priceless anecdotes of her life. And now, once again, something similar happened as she revealed how her sons, Zahaan Khan and Azaan Khan often lecture her about her health.
On July 29, 2023, Zeenat Aman took to her Instagram handle and dropped a beautiful picture of herself. In the picture, the yesteryear actress can be seen shelling out major fashion goals. The Don actress looked beautiful as she donned a comfy yet cool monotone outfit, including a white-coloured high-neck knitted top and beige-hued knitted trousers. She accentuated her look with a pair of stud earrings, light red lipstick, sneakers and open tresses. Sharing the picture, she penned a short note about looks and revealed how her sons, Zahaan and Azaan often lecture her about fitness. Her note can be read as:
"Looks can be deceiving! These days I'am more about the leisure than the 'ath'. Though the kids have been lecturing me about paying more attention to my fitness!. What about you? Are you more 'ath' or leisure or one of those enviable souls who manages a balance?"

Earlier, in an interview with Vogue India, Zeenat had opened up about her sabbatical from the film industry. Talking about the same, the yesteryear actress stated that after years of living a life of stardom, she was yearning for a family's bond and love. Zeenat revealed that the birth of her sons, Azaan Khan and Zahaan Khan gifted her with the bond that she always longed for. In her words:
"After years of living a life dictated by stardom, a life of endless shifts, performances and obligations, my days begun to ring hollow. I was aching for something of my own. A family, really. One with bonds as deep as the one I shared with my own mother. The birth of my sons in 1986 and 1989 gifted me all this and more. As I contended with their diapers and bibs, the prolonged illness and death of their father, then later school, scrapes and college romances, work offices, dwindled and I was happy for it."
Zeenat often shares lesser-known anecdotes of her life on her IG handle. For instance, on April 10, 2023, she had dropped a throwback picture with her sons, Azaan Khan and Zahaan Khan and it was simply unmissable. In the picture, the young Zeenat could be seen holding her two little munchkins. Sharing the picture, Zeenat penned a heartfelt note and talked about the journey of parenthood.

Zeenat Aman's personal life wasn't a bed of roses. She has gone through a lot of emotional turmoil in her marriage with the late Manzar Khan. For the unversed, the actress got married to her first husband, Manzar Khan on October 11, 1985. Later, they embraced parenthood after welcoming their kids, Zahaan and Azaan. Earlier, in a conversation with Simi Garewal on her show, Rendezvous with Simi Garewal, Zeenat had revealed how her late husband's family didn't allow her to attend his last rites. She mentioned that his family was trying to punish her for leaving him.
