Bollywood actress, Alia Bhatt has been living the life of her dreams. Apart from having a successful career, she has been enjoying her parenthood since the birth of her daughter, Raha Kapoor along with her darling hubby, Ranbir Kapoor. Glimpses of the same are often found on her social media handles. Now, she once again made headlines after making a back-to-back luxurious purchase of a house for her production company. Not only that, she also gifted two luxurious flats to her loving sister, Shaheen Bhatt.
As per a report in the ETimes, Alia Bhatt became the proud owner of a luxurious house in Bandra West for her production company, Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd. The house is spread across 2,497 square feet and is located in the Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill, Mumbai. The agreement was drawn in her name on April 10, 2023, and for the same, she had to pay a stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crores. However, the price of the house can surely drop your jaws. It comes with a whopping price tag of Rs 37.80 crores.

Not only for her production company, but Alia also made hefty purchases in April for her sister, Shaheen Bhatt. As per a report in Prize Certificate, she gifted two luxurious flats to Shaheen located in Juhu, Mumbai. Alia purchased the flats on April 10, 2023, and paid a stamp duty of Rs 30.75 lakhs for the same. The flats are spread across 2,086.75 square feet in the Gigi Apartments of the same area and are priced at Rs. 7.68 crores.
The actress is also often papped with her husband Ranbir Kapoor at their under-construction home, Krishna Raj Bungalow. For instance, in December 2022, Alia and Ranbir were spotted at their eight-storey dream home while intensely inspecting the place. They were seen clicking pictures and talking with other people present there. For their visit, they opted for casual attires and looked absolutely stunning.

Alia embraced motherhood with the arrival of her baby girl, Raha on November 6, 2023. Earlier, when Alia’s film, Gangubai Kathiawadi, made its way to the Oscars and BAFTA, she was also seen joining the panel discussion rounds of the same. There she had opened up about her motherhood journey and revealed how it has evolved her not just as a person, but also as an actor. She said that motherhood changed her completely and how she picked her roles.
