Anand Gopal Mahindra, better known as Anand Mahindra is the Chairman of Mahindra Group, which is one of the largest conglomerates in India. Anand Mahindra’s wife, Anuradha Mahindra is the Founder of the famous luxury lifestyle magazine, Verve and is also the co-founder of Man’s World Magazine. Anuradha was born in Mumbai and completed her graduation from the prestigious Sophia College in Mumbai. She also did a Communication Program at Boston University and kick-started her professional journey in journalism and publishing.
After working for some time in a junior position, Anuradha Mahindra got her first major break when she became the Editor-in-chief of Rolling Stone India. In the coming years, she worked exceptionally well and became a part of the Advisory Council for ARTISANS. Anand Mahindra was pursuing an undergraduate program at Harvard University when he came to Indore to shoot and make a student film for his college assignment. During his visit to Indore, Anand met a 17-year-old girl named Anuradha, and they instantly hit it off.
While they were dating, Anand made a major decision as he decided to take a semester off in order to spend some time with his ladylove. It was not an easy step for Anand, but he was convinced that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Anuradha.
