For those who don't know, the couple has been in a live-in relationship for quite some time now and they are even blessed with a baby boy, Arik Rampal.

In the pictures, Arjun Rampal's girlfriend looked beautiful as she gracefully flaunted her fully-grown baby bump. On May 9, 2023, Gabriella had taken to her IG handle and shared a series of glimpses from her maternity photoshoot. In the pictures, the soon-to-be mommy looked beautiful as she donned a stunning black-hued co-ord set. Her outfit featured a sweetheart neckline. The gorgeousness radiated the pregnancy glow as she happily flaunted her baby bump. She complemented her look with soft dewy makeup and curly open tresses.

On May 6, 2023, Gabriella had hosted a Q&A session on the IG handle of her clothing line, Deme. In the session, the model-turned-fashion designer answered and cleared several doubts of her fans. However, it was her revelations about her baby shower that caught our attention. It so happened that one of the social media users asked Gabriella about her baby shower and wrote, "When is your baby shower? Have u designed something special for it." Answering the same, she revealed that her friends are planning a baby shower for her and she would wear something fitted on her special day. In her words:
"I haven't planned anything yet. I know my friends are busy doing that. I will wear something fun. I think something fitted."
