As per a recent report by BollywoodLife, Deepika Padukone doesn't want to indulge herself in much work, as she wants to enjoy this beautiful phase of pregnancy. A close source shared that Deepika is currently focusing on her mental and physical health. As per the source, Deepika is in her first trimester and she is taking ample amount of rest and travelling to her parents' house in Bangalore.

The source also stated that the mommy-to-be, Deepika is getting pregnancy tips from her mom and mother-in-law, while Ranveer is all excited and pampering his pregnant wifey. The source can be quoted as saying:
"Deepika is her no mood to go all out with her work or anything at this moment, all she wants to do is enjoy this moment, she is focusing more on her physical and mental health, she is in her first trimester right now and is taking ample amount of rest and is only travelling to her home town Bangalore at her parents house. Deepika is taking all the tips from her mom and mom-in-law that are helpful to her at this time. Ranveer who is excited to be a father has once again left Deepika amazed with all the pampering in this beautiful phase"
The same report also suggested that Deepika Padukone is currently enjoying the best phase of her life, and his hubby, Ranveer, is excited, as he always wanted to start his own family. Talking more about the soon-to-be-parents, the source stated that Deepika, although she is at the peak of her career and one of the most sought-after actresses of B-Town, decided to enter into motherhood. And this is making sure of the fact that she has made her place in the industry, which is surely irreplaceable. Sharing that both Ranveer and Deepika are waiting for September 2024, the source added:
"Deepika is enjoying this beautiful moment of her life as she and Ranveer Singh always wanted to start a family of their own. Soon after announcing the 'good news', Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone jetted off to Jamnagar to attend the pre-wedding soiree of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. However, in an inside video from the event 'Mela Rouge', Ranveer could be seen hosting the event. Moreover, in the video, Ranveer said he couldn't believe how time had flown and that Anant and Radhika are getting married. Ranveer also excitedly screamed that his baby is coming. He said, "mera baccha ho raha hai". Later, he turned to Deepika, who was exuding her pregnancy glow and asked about the reason behind her glittery glow.

It was back on February 29, 2024, when Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone took to their IG handles, and in a collaborative post, they announced their 'good news'. The parents-to-be posted a picture note wherein we could see paintings of bibs, shoes, hats, buttons, and clothes. Sharing the photo, Deepika and Ranveer revealed that they are expecting their child in 'September 2024'. Moreover, the two pairs of paintings on the picture note left everyone wondering if the couple is expecting twins.
