Popular actress, Divya Agarwal has been riding high on the professional front ever since she won Bigg Boss OTT season 1. While she is achieving great heights in her professional life, she is over the moon with her personal life, too. For the unversed, it was on her 30th birthday, i.e. on December 5, 2022, when Divya Agarwal got engaged to restaurateur, Apurva Padgaonkar. Now, the actress revealed the details about her wedding and delighted her fans.
In an interview with the Bombay Times, Divya Agarwal spilt the beans about her plans to tie the knot with her fiance, Apurva Padgaonkar. She revealed that their wedding will happen in February next year. However, the actress revealed that the wedding date hasn't been finalised yet and that her mother will guide them about everything. She said:
"The date will be decided by my mother, who is an astrologer. She is going to guide us with everything but the wedding month is February.”

Divya Agarwal added that she is super excited and super nervous as she has been thinking about her wedding since she was a little girl. The Bigg Boss OTT winner mentioned that not much will change after her wedding to Apurva as they are very much married. Adding that she is sure about what she wants to do post-wedding, Divya said:
"I feel like I am already married to Apurva because the way we live, the way we can live our life together, the way we understand each other, it's very much like we are married. And the feeling is amazing. I am 100% sure about what I want to do and it's just a cake walk, there's no cold feet, there's no nervousness of, 'What will happen after my wedding?' But there are no such feelings."
While the date for Divya and Apurva's wedding has not been decided yet, the duo has chosen the wedding theme. Talking about the same, Divya revealed that her wedding will have a forest theme as both she and Apurva are plant and animal lovers. Reflecting on the divine feeling of getting married, the actress said:
"There's only a beautiful and divine feeling. I really feel like I am so ready for marriage because a few months back, I was a little girl, but now I feel I am a grown up woman. It feels great to get married. We are thinking of a forest wedding. We are both plants and animal lovers."

Divya also spilt the beans about the kind of bride she will be at her wedding and shared that she will wear red. Elaborating further, the actress mentioned how celebrities these days are opting for their favourite pastel colours and added that she would love to experiment with her red bridal lehenga. She also talked about breaking a lot of stereotypes and said:
"I've always imagined myself in a red outfit since childhood, and I know pastel bride is a thing, and everybody in Bollywood is using pastel colour, but I think I'm going to stick to the basics, I'm going to stick to red and probably add a new colour. It's not going to be just a simple red lehenga, it's going to be very different. I'm going to break a lot of stereotypes in terms of my wedding outfit, in terms of my wedding location, in terms of my wedding planning."
Divya Agarwal talked about the trend of big fat Indian weddings and revealed that royal weddings have always fascinated her. However, when it comes to her wedding, she wants it to be intimate. For her, rituals and family are important, so she wouldn't mind getting married at her house itself. In her words:
"I always dreamt of having a big fat Indian wedding. And I used to always get very fascinated with all the Rajasthani and royal weddings. But now for me, a wedding is a wedding. I wouldn't even mind getting married in the same house where I live right now. Because for me, the ritual is important. For me, my family who is going to be attending the wedding are going to be important. I don't want to have a huge big fat Indian wedding and not even enjoy my wedding myself. Because I really believe I've been attending so many weddings recently. It just feels like a marathon."
