Kareena Kapoor Khan is known for speaking her heart out on various occasions. Be it her career choices, parenting style or opinions on an array of topics, she never leaves a chance to talk about the same open-mindedly. However, her statements sometimes lead to controversy, and she also faces massive criticism from netizens. Now, we stumbled upon an old conversation between Karan Johar and Kareena regarding her contemporary actress, Deepika Padukone on the 'Koffee' couch, which again attracted much attention from the netizens, who reacted to it hilariously.
It was on season five, episode eleven of the controversial reality show, Koffee With Karan, which was graced by Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor. The divas looked pretty in their respective ensembles. Kareena opted for a black-hued dress with a flowy silhouette and plunging neckline. She teamed her look with subtle makeup and multiple layers of pearl necklaces. Open tresses completed her look. On the other hand, Sonam stunned in a chequered co-ord set that included a shrug paired with matching pants and a white top underneath.

During the course of the conversation, Karan asked Kareena, "If you were the editor of a gossip magazine, start a rumour about the following people - Deepika Padukone." To this, Kareena gave a witty answer and tried her best to avoid answering the question. She was heard saying, "She has had quite a few rumours." To which, Karan was also seen giving an affirmatory response.
However, as it is quite known that Karan has a unique skill of making his guests answer all such controversial questions he asks them on his show, he did the same this time, too. He, once again, asked Kareena, "Ya, so which are the ones, you want to start?" To this, Kareena subtly hinted at the times Deepika Padukone's PR showed their aggressive nature and said, "I'm not there, it started like they start. So it's fine. Ya I don't need to start a rumour." Soon, Karan and Sonam were seen giggling with Kareena after listening to the latter's answer.

The video was shared on Reddit along with the caption, "Kareena hinting at Deepika’s aggressive PR." Thus, as soon as it was shared, netizens rushed to the comment section to react to it. While some talked about the time when Deepika's PR team allegedly released articles such as "Kareena needs to retire. Her time is over" and "Deepika is the new reigning queen", some mentioned how Kareena was once remarkably frank in answering such questions whereas she has become much poised now.
