Kiara Advani is one of the finest actresses in Bollywood. Despite being an outsider to the film industry, she has carved her own niche and her strong acting mettle has always been the talk of the town. For the unversed, Kiara made her debut in the 2014 Hindi film, Fugly, which recorded a mediocre hit at the box-office. However, it was her performance in MS Dhoni’s biopic, M.S Dhoni: The Untold Story as the cricketer’s wife that gave her overnight stardom. Apart from Bollywood, Kiara has also been a part of Telugu films. In her personal life, Kiara is married to Sidharth Malhotra.
Taking to the discussion forum, Reddit, a user re-shared a clip from Rana Daggubati’s chat show. The guests for that particular episode were Kiara Advani and Ram Charan. For the unversed, the duo had previously shared the screen in the Telugu film, Vinaya Vidheya Rama. As Kiara and Ram had a fun banter with Rana, there is a particular moment when the latter speaks about certain North Indian actresses who came to work in Telugu films, without even knowing that Telugu was a language of a particular South Indian state.

To this, when Kiara asserted that after the success of the film, Baahubali, there wouldn’t be anyone who would not know the Telugu language. As soon as she said it, Rana quickly quizzed her whether she knew the four South Indian states and the languages they spoke. Ram Charan, too, immediately joined in and the two actors started to rag the actress on her basic geographical knowledge. Kiara, who was startled at first, contemplated and started giving out answers dubiously.
As soon as the video was posted, eagle-eyed netizens took note of it and started to express their views on it. Well, a significant section of netizens were left unimpressed by Kiara’s lack of knowledge about the country. Moreover, some users even compared her to Alia Bhatt and took a dig at her having the same name as the former. In fact, another segment of users felt Ram Charan and Rana Daggubati’s behaviour towards Kiara was totally unfair. A user commented, “Her name is Alia after all.” Another netizen wrote, “Is she graduated even a normal student from standard 5-6 will know this.” Yet another user said, “It’s basic knowledge. They are not asking her some world affairs.”
Speaking about her personal life, Kiara Advani is basking in the newly-married bliss along with her husband, Sidharth Malhotra. Every now and then, the actress does not shy away from revealing an anecdote or two from her personal life, which wins hearts. For instance, in one of her previous interviews with News18, Kiara spoke about how she has gotten used to running a home all by herself. Calling it a lovely phase, Kiara had mentioned:
“For the first time, I’m running a home. I used to live in my parent’s home. My mum did it all, and we’ve so much respect and value for her right now. But it’s a lovely and beautiful phase. I’m very, very happy.”

During a recent interaction with NDTV for the Jai Jawan event, Kiara Advani revealed that she hadn’t cooked anything in her kitchen after her wedding. Moreover, she even added that it was her husband, Sidharth who loves to cook. She further revealed that her hubby has often prepared something for her, and is amazing at it.
