If reports are to be believed, a leading Bengali newspaper had reports that a child had been abandoned by her family and found near a garbage bin. A few people noticed her and one of them took her home.

When Mithun Chakraborty came to know about the situation, he immediately expressed his wish to adopt the baby. His wife, Yogita Bali supported him and stood by him. The couple instantly fell in love with the baby girl, the moment they held her. They completed the paper works and took the baby girl home.
It won't be wrong to say that baby girls always rule the home. And same is the case in the Chakraborty family. Dishani is the princess, and her three brothers are her knights. Mithun Chakraborty showers immense love on his daughter.

Dishani completed her early education in India, and for her further studies, she moved to Los Angeles, USA. She graduated in acting from New York Film Academy. According to reports, from a young age, Dishani has been inclined towards acting, and her favourite hero of all time is none other than Salman Khan.
Dishani made her acting debut in Hollywood with her short film, Gift. She was last seen in a short film, The Guest in 2022. The film garnered a lot of critical acclaim and made it to the creme de la creme film festivals. In an interview with GlamSham, Drishani talked about choosing the unconventional path and starting her career in LA. She shared that it has been the easiest journey. However, she has learned a lot from her father, Mithun Chakraborty, and wants to showcase the same through her work.
