Megastar Chiranjeevi’s niece and actor, Ram Charan’s cousin, actress, Niharika Konidela has been in the news for the past few days. It was reported that Niharika and her husband got separated, but nothing was confirmed from both the sides. However, Niharika finally put an end to all the gossip and announced her separation.
Taking to her IG handle, Niharika posted a note and announced that she and Chaitanya Jonnalagadda have parted ways and the actress also urged her fans to respect their privacy. An excerpt from her note can be read as:
“Chaitanya and I have decided to mutually part ways and ask for kindness and sensitivity as we move on. I request some privacy to navigate this new normal in private.”

A report in Gulte stated that Tollywood actress, Niharika Konidela and her husband, Chaitanya Jonnalagadda are officially divorced. The report further mentioned that the estranged couple had applied for a mutual divorce in the Hyderabad court and their divorce process has been completed. The report further mentioned that Niharika and Chaitanya's appeal has been granted. According to the reports, they decided to part ways because of the irrevocable differences.
Earlier, a report in Pinkvilla had revealed that Niharika, and her husband, Chaitanya were heading for divorce. The report mentioned that problems have crept into their marriage, and they had even unfollowed each other on their respective social media handles.

Niharika Konidela and Chaitanya Jonnalagadda reportedly dated for 5 years before tying the knot in December 2020. Their dreamy wedding, which took place at Udaivilas Palace in Udaipur, Rajasthan was no less than a fairytale. Celebrities, including Varun Tej, Ram Charan, Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjun, his wife, Sneha Reddy and their kids, were some of the attendees at Niharika and Chaitanya's wedding.
For the unversed, Niharika Konidela, who made her movie debut with the Telugu film, Oka Manasu in 2016 is the daughter of actor-producer, Nagendra Babu. Before joining films, Niharika was an anchor on the Telugu channel and hosted many popular shows. Apart from acting, Niharika also owns a production company named Pink Elephant Pictures. On the other hand, Chaitanya works as a Business Strategist in a leading MNC in Hyderabad.
