Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni are currently on the seventh heaven, as they became parents to their newborn daughter. For the unversed, Upasana delivered a healthy baby girl on June 20, 2023. Ever since the arrival of the little one, the entire film industry, including all the members of the mega cousins of Tollywood have been showering their love and blessings on the baby girl, who has been given the cute nickname, Little Mega Princess by her grandpa, Chiranjeevi. And now, Ram Charan’s darling cousin, Niharika Konidela spills the beans on meeting the newest member of the family.
In an interview with Hyderabad Times, the doting aunt, Niharika expressed her happiness on having met Ram Charan and Upasana’s daughter. Much like everybody else who has been thronging in numbers to meet the baby, Niharika too expressed her excitement as she could not wait any longer to meet the baby girl. Calling her the cutest bundle of joy, Niharika mentioned:
“The anticipation surrounding the momentous occasion has been building up within the family, and our elation knows no bounds. I couldn’t wait to see the baby, she’s the cutest little bundle of joy. It was overwhelming to hold her in my arms.”

Niharika has been bubbling with excitement since the day she got to know that she would become an aunt soon. Speaking on the same lines in the interview, Niharika shared that from the very day that they all got to know about Upasana’s pregnancy, the Konidela family has felt a kind of contentment. Moreover, she also remarked how the pregnancy news was one of the best events that finished off the last year for the family with tons of positivity and happiness. She added that they were all extremely happy with the new addition to their family.
In the concluding segment of the interview, Niharika shared her views about the kind of parents she feels her brother, Ram and sister-in-law, Upasana are going to be for their daughter. Opening up about Ram, she mentioned that he had always been parent-like among all the cousins and revealed his protective side about those who truly matter to him. And speaking about Upasana, Niharika mentioned that she was a strong woman, who would make for the best mommy ever. In her words:
“For as long as I can remember, Charan anna has been the parent of our group of cousins. He’s always been very protective of all of us, that’s why I call him bapuji. I am absolutely certain that he’ll be great with the baby. And Upasana is one strong woman. With these two at the helm, the baby girl is in very safe hands. I’m sure they will make great parents.”

Tollywood superstar, Ram Charan and his darling wifey, Upasana Kamineni hopped on to the parenthood journey on June 20, 2023, when the latter gave birth to their first child, a daughter. The new mommy who was admitted to the Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad just a day before, delivered a healthy baby girl in the morning, the next days. While the parents did not make any official announcement on the same, the news got confirmed when the hospital administration shared a medical bulletin on the same.
