Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani are hailed as the 'IT' couple of the business world. The duo never skips a chance to win our hearts with their bond, hard work, down-to-earth nature, and more. Although Nita and Mukesh Ambani are among the richest people in India, their humbleness is what makes them the most loved people in the country. Nita and Mukesh got married in 1985, and they are parents to their three kids, Akash, Isha, and Anant.
Recently, Nita and Mukesh Ambani hosted a 3-day-long pre-wedding soiree for their youngest son, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. For the same, they reportedly spent a whopping amount of Rs. 1259 crore. As per several reports, the Ambanis are going to spend a total of Rs. 1000 crore at the wedding of Radhika and Anant, which will reportedly take place in July 2024. However, amid all these, we recently stumbled upon a BBC interview video, wherein Nita Ambani revealed what money means to her. And her answer won our hearts.

While scrolling through our IG handle, we stumbled upon a video, wherein Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani can be seen indulging in a conversation. In the video, Nita looked stunning in a printed salwar, which she teamed with a black dupatta. A soft touch of makeup and open hair added stars to her look. Mukesh, on the other hand, looked handsome in a white shirt, which he wore underneath a black coat, and a brown tie completed his look.
However, the interviewer asked the businesswoman about what money meant to her. To this, Nita replied that she has often been told that she is probably the richest in India, but for both her and her husband, Mukesh Ambani that money is an end in itself. She also added that what is more important is how the wealth is being used. Nita also shared that she often tells Mukesh that life is not about making money or wealth, but about making memories, which people leave behind. Nita Ambani shared:
"You know often I have been asked or being told that you know you're probably one of the richest in India and things. I think, both Mukesh and myself feel that money nor wealth is an end to itself. It's how you use your wealth that is more important. And I tell Mukesh all the time that life is not about making money or making wealth; life is actually about making memories. That's all that you leave behind."

Before her wedding to Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani was employed as a school teacher at Sunflower Nursery. On Rendezvous with Simi Garewal, Nita Ambani mentioned that she was paid Rs. 800 as a school teacher. Talking more about the same, Nita shared that people used to laugh at her, but it brought her a lot of satisfaction. However, Mukesh added that his darling wifey, Nita, paid for all the dinners with her Rs. 800 salary back in those days.

During the Hastakshar ceremony of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, Mukesh Ambani delivered a love-filled speech for his darling wifey, Nita. The businessman called his wifey star, around whom the stars and planets of their family revolve. The businessman also called Nita his best friend and credited her for teaching him that value is more important than valuation.
