Bollywood’s cutest couple, Pulkit Samrat and Kriti Kharbanda, are enjoying every moment of their marital bliss. The duo, who tied the knot on March 15, 2024, impressed everyone with their simple wedding. And now, Pulkit has proved to be a doting hubby to Kriti with his sweetest gesture. Unlike in every marriage, where the girl performs her pehli rasoi, Pulkit breaks the stereotype.
Taking to her IG handle, Kriti Kharbanda posted a few pictures of Pulkit performing his pehli rasoi and treating his wife with a yummy halwa. The actor, who took the wedding vow of sharing the responsibilities proved that he stands by them with his recent act. An emotional Kriti penned her happiness over the same and wrote:
“Green flag alert! Ok so something major happened yesterday and I fell in love all over again. I didn’t think this was possible, but yet, It happened. Pulkit ki pehli rasoi happened yesterday. I walked into the kitchen and realised he’s making halwa. I asked him what he was doing, and he casually responded, “halwa bana raha hoon, it’s my pehli rasoi.” I giggled and told him, pehli rasoi ladki ki hoti hai baby. To which his response was, “that’s so silly, we’ve both decided to share equal responsibility in this relationship. You cooked for our family back home in Delhi, I’ll cook for our family here in bangalore. Simple!”

Kriti has often called herself blessed to have Pulkit in her life. During an interaction on the show, The Male Feminist, Kriti revealed that Pulkit used to carry sanitary napkins and tampons in his bag all the time. Sharing more details about this gesture of Pulkit, the actress revealed:
“The first time I met Pulkit, we were not even friends, we were co-stars, and I remember I got my period, he’s someone who actually carries tampons and sanitary pads in his bag at all times.”

Do you know that Pulkit’s wedding attire inspiration was taken from the women’s section of his designer’s store? In one of his posts, Pulkit shared that even before his venue and wedding date were fixed, he was determined to wear Anamika Khanna's outfit for his special day. Talking more about the same, the actor stated that when he visited the designer's shop in Mumbai, the adventure of finding the best outfit started in the men's section. Pulkit shared that when he came across a stunning embroidery piece in the women's section of the store, it instantly became the muse of his unique wedding ensemble, and he decided to be decked up as a groom in the same, as his heart captured the beauty of the piece.
