Recently, she launched a beautiful song for their daughter, Klin Kaara. The song began with a shloka, along with the baby girl's name. In the background of the song, we can also spot glimpses of several Hindu deities, reportedly made to bless Klin for her lifetime. Followed by the shloka, a song begins, which also shows many glimpses of the baby girl's journey to seven months on the earth.

From Upasana's delivery hours, Ram holding his daughter in his arms for the first time in his life, and family portraits to whatnot, the video was a montage of all the valuable moments spent by Klin Kaara with her family. Moreover, we get to see some of the unseen moments from Klin's naming ceremony, wherein her parents got emotional, and Ram was seen rubbing Upasana's happy tears with his hand. Their fans immensely loved the entire video.
The song featured the parents' names, Klin's grandfather's name, and many other names of their close ones. However, Upasana's name was heard most often, and this had irked the netizens, who strongly reacted to it. Soon after the video was posted, a Reddit user dropped the video with the caption that read, "Epitome of narcissism. Upasana released Klin Kaara song in her daughter's name. But her own name Upasana rolls in the song gazillion times than the child's." In reaction, many other netizens started dropping nasty comments on it.

Taking to her IG handle on September 1, 2023, Upasana dropped an adorable picture with her daughter, Klin Kaara, as they celebrated the first-ever Varalakshmi Vratham together. The picture was clicked in front of the beautiful puja setup while the pandit ji was also chanting mantras then. Upasana was seen seated with her daughter behind the puja setup. While the doting mommy looked stunning in a maroonish red-hued kurta set, her baby girl looked adorable in a white lehenga choli from the shelves of ace designer, Tarun Tahiliani. Sharing the picture, she wrote:
"Couldn’t have asked for more. My first Varalakshmi Vratham with my Klin Kaara."
