Raveena Tandon is one of the most stunning actresses of her time. She knows how to rule millions of hearts with her charismatic performances on the silver screen. However, it was her dance that left many gazing at her without a blink. She has never feared to open up about situations surrounding her. Thus, she once explained one such experience that happened during the shooting of her film, Keemat.
Recently, a Reddit user shared an old clip from the popular comedy reality show, The Kapil Sharma Show. In the video, the show's host, Kapil Sharma can be heard asking Raveena Tandon about the incident when she once asked Ranveer Singh to leave the sets of one of her films. To this, Raveena explained that she did so because of a kind of discomfort she felt at that time. She said:
"Arey no no, he is very sweet, he is a friend. But ussey main, uss samay main unko janti nhi thi aur humlog shooting kar rahe the. Rain song tha, rain sequence type. To vaise bhi set pe hum guests allow nhi karte the at that time because its you know, thoda intimate scenes hotey hai wo, thoda ek discomfort hota hai."

However, soon Kapil was heard interrupting her by saying, "Cameraman toh hoteyi hai nah." But Raveena stopped Kapil and then instructed him to make the kind of face Ranveer was doing at that time. She narrated, "Ek min, apka ek bar close up lijiye, main jo jo bolu vaise aap kijiye. Aap zara camera mein aese bathiye, thore zubaan nikaliye bahar, aankhe phariye, zubaan aur bahar aani chahiye, Ranveer ka yehh expression tha", and all of them present during the show's shoot broke into huge laughter.
Kapil then jokingly added, "Paaji ek toh Raveena Tandon, upar se barish mein bhig rahi ho, koi bhi ho aur uska zabaan bahar aa jaye", and Raveena was seen blushing after hearing the compliment. Well, as per the clip, the incident happened when Raveena was shooting for the film, Keemat.
Soon after the video was posted, netizens started reacting to it. Some social media users mentioned that Raveena is always a straight-forward speacker right from her younger days. Whereas, another netizen revealed how Ranveer keeps making such a face at various events of his life.

Earlier, in an interaction with Rajshree Unplugged, Raveena opened up about the massive changes that she witnessed in the film industry over the years. She revealed that with the passage of time, everything has become informal and impersonal. She also mentioned how a sort of cutthroat rivalry has become a more accepted norm of the present time. Moreover, she shared that most artists now nurture a sense of insecurity against their contemporaries, to the extent that they can attempt to pull down others via personal relationships of boyfriends and girlfriends. Elaborating more about it, she said:
“The atmosphere on set used to be so much fun. People would be teasing each other about fights, affairs, revenge dramas… It used to be action-packed. Some people are insecure, and they can’t bear to see others succeed. They look for ways to pull others down. This could be via their relationships, via the groups they belong to, they could come at you via your boyfriends and girlfriends. Our industry is undoubtedly competitive. It’s happened to me as well.”
