Bollywood actress, Richa Chadha and her husband, Ali Fazal are living the most beautiful phase of their lives. And after 2 years of living a marital bliss, the lovebirds celebrated their union with their family and friends in 2022. And now, the gorgeousness opened up about her dating period with Ali and shared some lesser-known anecdotes.
In an interview with News18, Richa Chadha opened up about her upcoming film, Fukrey 3. Talking about the same, the gorgeousness walked down memory lane and reminisced some beautiful moments from the sets of her and Ali Fazal's film, Fukrey. The actress also recalled how she and her husband, Ali began dating each other while shooting for the film, Fukrey. Elaborating more about it, Richa stated that they used to meet once every month and hang out a lot. In her words:
"We used to hang out a lot. We would meet once every month. This was in 2013. We would keep meeting each other in one way or the other, be it at screenings or over meals at our friends' homes."

Further, in the same conversation, Richa revealed that after hanging out together, she and Ali realised that they were more than friends. The actress mentioned that they decided to go on a few dates to see where their equation goes and what the future has stored for them. Richa also mentioned that they didn't tell their co-stars about their relationship when they first started dating. Elaborating more about it, Richa said:
"After hanging out so much, we soon realised that we can go out on a date or two and see what happens next. That's how it started. I didn't tell anyone about Ali and Myself. I thought Manjot would feel jealous because he was single. In fact, he's permanently single."
On September 29, 2022, Richa and Ali had taken to their respective Instagram handles and dropped a voice note in a collaborative post. Sharing the note, the much-in-love couple revealed that they got married in 2020 but couldn't celebrate their union because of the pandemic. The lovebirds also mentioned that they waited two years to formalise their union with their family and friends. The voice note began with Richa saying, "Two years ago we formalised our union, and just then the pandemic hit us all." Further, Ali added, "Like the rest of the nation, we too were struck by personal tragedies one after the other."

For the unversed, it was on October 4, 2022, when Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha celebrated their union with their friends and family in Lucknow. And the lovebirds even dropped some adorable glimpses from their special day on their respective IG handles. In the pictures, Richa and Ali looked like a match made in heaven and they shelled out some major couple goals with their respective outfits. Richa looked pretty in a white sharara, which she styled with minimal makeup and statement jewellery. On the other hand, Ali donned a matching sherwani. Sharing the pictures, Ali had written:
"Ek Daur hum bhi hain. Ek silsila tum bhi ho. #RiAli."
