However, the sweet actress is about to begin her career in Bollywood with Salman Khan's movie, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Recently, the cast of the much-anticipated film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan appeared on the well-known comedy talk show, The Kapil Sharma Show. The episode was a total blast. However, a viral clip from that episode showed Salman Khan slamming 'SidNaaz' fans and asking Shehnaaz Gill to move on. No sooner than the clip went viral, the fans started trolling Salman Khan for mocking SidNaaz fans.
Salman Khan shared that he thinks that Shehnaaz couldn't move on because people on social media are still keeping up with 'SidNaaz'. However, now reacting to this video, a user tweeted, "Guys request to all genuine fans of #ShehnaazGill and #SidNaaz is to protect her from all the garam hawa that is coming her way..she needs all of us right now..trust what she says..people can have an opinion but she said she will decide for herself." Another tweet can be read as, "Dialogue Delivered by SK Well done bhai kya dialogues padhe hoo, Mujhe BB ke wkw ki yaad aagyi #SidNaaz ka officially ntv par kaat diya End of tributes and sympathy?? Don't think so."

An internet user took to the Tweet to comment that Salman Khan had insulted 'SidNaaz' fans and even the death of the late actor, Sidharth Shukla. The tweet can be read as, "Kabhi hamne v socha tha #SidNaaz Kapil sharma ke show me aayge. But es Tarah nhi socha tha Sk apne sidharth Ki death ka mazak hi bna diya ntv pe. PROUD TO BE SIDNAAZIAN."
In the video clip from the latest episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, Salman Khan said that the continuous trend of 'SidNaaz' affects Shehnaaz Gill, so she could not move on. Salman's words can be read as:
"Social media pe inko SidNaaz karke bulate hain. Ab wo duniya mein nahi raha, ab wo bhi jaha par hai wo bhi yahi chahega ki inki zindagi me koi aaye, shaadi ho jaye or bache wache ho jaye. Par social media mein kuch hai jo SidNaaz SidNaaz laga rakhte hai, arrey ye zindagi bhar kuvari rahegi kya?"
The actor added that if Shehnaaz Gill chose one of the SidNaaz fans as her life partner, they would not have any problem. However, he asked Shehnaaz to listen to her heart and move on in life. Salman said:
"Aur ye jitne bhi SidNaaz SidNaaz karte hain, unme se ek ko bhi isne chun lia, to wo khud bolega ki theek hai, mai tumhare liye theek hun. Kisi ki mat suno, apne dil ki suno. Samjhe? Aur move on in life."

At the grand trailer launch event of the much-awaited film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Salman Khan hinted that Shehnaaz Gill has been dating someone. At the event, Salman asked Shehnaaz to move on while hinting that some chemistry was developing between Shehnaaz and someone, which he noticed on the sets. Salman Khan said:
"Main keh raha hoon move on kar jao. And Shehnaaz, I want you to move on. Kyuki mujhe aise lag raha hai… And I notice all these things. If I can notice this about me, then I can notice this about all of you also… Actually, I shouldn’t say much."
