Sara Ali Khan is one of the most beautiful actresses of her generation in Bollywood. Daughter of Saif Ali Khan and his ex-wife, Amrita Singh, Sara has made a name for herself in the film industry with nothing less than hard work and sheer dedication. She made her debut with the 2018 released-film, Kedarnath and ever since, there has been no looking back on her professional career. Offcourse, much like any other actor, she too has seen a fair share of downward slopes in her film career. However, she carried herself with utmost dignity and grace in such situations. She even made her glamorous debut at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival in 2023.
In the latest promotional event for a popular jewellery brand, Sara Ali Khan sat down for a candid interview and spoke about her take and belief in the idea of success. She mentioned that for her, mental success for a film of hers can only be granted when it is liked by her mother, Amrita Singh and her brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan. Nevertheless, Sara also expressed that eternal success can only be achieved when she feels that she has given her hundred percent to the work, and that it is the only change that does not fickle. In her words:
“Then there's mental success when my mother and my brother like my work. I'm proud of my work. Finally, there's really internal success which comes the day you know you have given your 100 per cent. Being able to give your 100 per cent every day is the only kind of success that's not fickle.”

A month back, Sara, in an interview with Film Companion, had opened up about her parents, Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh and had revealed what have been the qualities that she has imbibed from both of them. She mentioned that she shares the qualities of her father being an avid traveller and the love for living his life in a planned manner. Speaking about her mommy, Amrita, she mentioned that she really loves to live her own way.
In the same interview, Sara also heaped praises on her mother and categorised her as a very emotionally strong person. She highlighted how the latter always encouraged her to create her own path no matter what, rather than depending upon her star parents. Moreover, she also revealed that her mother has never wanted to behave in pretence and has always maintained her true self.

Apart from being a doting daughter and a protective sister, Sara also happens to be a lovable granddaughter to her badi ammi, Sharmila Tagore. The duo shares a very special bond and come across as one another’s biggest cheerleaders. Speaking about the same, Sara, in one of her earlier interviews, spoke about Sharmila Tagore’s reaction to her latest film, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. She revealed that the veteran actress found her work “splendid and spontaneous”. Calling it a high achievement, Sara mentioned:
“But the one compliment that really stuck with me was my grandmother calling my performance ‘splendid and spontaneous.’ She said she thought I had great comic timing, and Vicky and I share lovely and organic chemistry. Whenever I read that message from her, it swells my heart with happiness. It’s a high achievement for me!"
