The Bachchan clan is all over the news for their alleged family feud, but they haven't reacted to the same. However, the members of the Bachchan family often drop major hints that something is off between them. As per multiple reports, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is not getting well with her in-laws, especially her mother-in-law, Jaya Bachchan and sister-in-law, Shweta Bachchan. Every now and then, we have witnessed how Shweta was biased towards Aishwarya, and amid all this, the former shared a cryptic post on social media.
On January 24, 2024, Shweta Bachchan took to her IG stories and dropped a powerful quote about how words can make or break a situation. Her post further ignited the ongoing rumours of their family fiasco and left everyone wondering if she was actually having some differences with Aishwarya Rai, as claimed by the reports. The post that Shweta reshared can be read as:
"Words are events, they do things, change things. They transform both speaker and hearer; they feed energy back and forth and amplify it. They feed understanding or emotion back and forth and amplify it."

Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan also shared a cryptic post on X (previously known as Twitter), which talked about the power of time. However, he did not clarify the context behind the cryptic tweet. Not just this, he also took to his blog and shared that he was running late for a work schedule and apologised to his fans for the same. Big B mentioned that he will fill in the blanks soon and added:
“I am late and work is calling me urgently .. so I beg to be excused .. I shall endeavour to fill in the blanks soon .. Apologies.”
During her stint in an earlier episode of Koffee With Karan 6, Shweta Bachchan revealed the qualities of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, which she loved, hated and tolerated. Shweta revealed that she loves that Aishwarya is a self-made, strong woman and a fantastic mother and tolerates her time management. However, revealing what she hates about her sister-in-law, Shweta said:
“I hate that she takes forever to return phone calls and messages. I tolerate her time management.”

Shweta Bachchan got married to industrialist, Nikhil Nanda in 1997, and the two are blessed with two kids, Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda. Shweta was just 21 years old when she tied the knot with Nikhil, who belongs to the Kapoor family. However, after a few years of her marriage, Shweta left Delhi and came back to Mumbai to live with her parents, raising a lot of questions about her married life. Not only this, if rumours are to be believed, Shweta and Nikhil are separated but aren’t divorced to save the Bachchan clan’s reputation.
