Sushmita Sen shocked the entire nation when she boldly decided to adopt her elder daughter, Renee at the mere age of 24. And 10 years down the line, in 2010, she welcomed her second daughter, Alisah into her life. Since then, she has been living a merry life with her daughters. However, in March 2023, Sushmita suffered from a heart attack and underwent an angioplasty. Now, the doting mommy revealed since then, who has been taking full care of her regarding her medications.
In an interview with the Bollywood Bubble, Sushmita Sen opened up who takes full care of her health in her family. She mentioned that post suffering a heart attack and undergoing heart surgery, her younger daughter, Alisah looks after that she takes her medicines on time. The loving mommy also mentioned since her elder kid, Renee has grown up, she has many other responsibilities on her shoulders. But Sushmita admitted how Alisah is indeed a nurturing soul. Sushmita said:
“What they have done, especially Alisah because my elder one is now a big girl, she has got her own responsibilities and is independent now, but this little monkey, she gives me my Betaloc sharp at 9 every day, without fail, has set alarms. I don’t miss my medicines thanks to her. She is a very nurturing soul.”

Further, Sushmita was asked if her daughters have the fear of losing her after she survived the heart attack. To this, Sushmita mentioned that although her kids keep a tab on her by mentioning what is good or bad for her health, they don't have such fears. Sushmita added:
“I think they are like ‘My mother tells me all the time, what is good for me and all of that, so she must know what’s good for her! So she just has to follow it’. It’s lovely to have children who hold on for dear life to make sure… but I don’t think they have a fear of losing me. That fear also propels a lot of things, so no fear.”
Recently, Sushmita was seen in the web series, Taali, and it received huge acclamation from its viewers. Afterwards, on August 9, 2023, Sushmita took to her Instagram handle and revealed that her elder daughter, Renee has chanted the Mahamrityunjaya mantra in the series. The doting mommy posted a picture of her daughter, Renee with the voiceover of Mahamrityunjaya mantra in the background. Alongside it, Sushmita penned a heartfelt note to reveal her joy for her daughter's accomplishment and mentioned:
"Life comes a full circle! My baby girl @reneesen47 graces her voice to rendering this powerful Mahamrityunjaya mantra. Her voice & my face…together in the trailer of Taali. I of course have goosebumps every time I listen to it! Thank you Shona, for choosing to be a part of this very special Tribute…and for doing it with so much love! You make me proud! Taking to her IG handle on June 5, 2023, Sushmita Sen shared a video from her Paris vacation with her daughter, Alisah. The video was shot in front of the Eiffel Tower, wherein the mother-daughter duo was seen enjoying their time to its fullest. Along with the beautiful video, she announced that her little girl would leave her to study abroad. However, the actress didn't clarify which country Alisah is heading to for higher studies.
