On May 11, 2023, Sushmita shared a picture with her ex-beau, Rohman Shawl on her IG stories. The photo is from one of the public events, wherein Sushmita had made an appearance with Rohman and her daughter, Alisah. The actress looked like a boss babe in a navy blue-hued suit featuring a low neckline. She completed her look with a wet hairstyle. On the other hand, Rohman twinned with her in a black-hued tuxedo. The ex-couple was lost in each other's eyes.

Atop the photo, Sushmita wrote, "Nice picture", with a kiss emoji. Rohman reposted the picture and shared a flirty comment. He wrote:

However, there was a time when their IG feeds were filled with love and only love for each other, and Sushmita made sure to end her relationship on love only. Sharing a picture with him, Sushmita had addressed her breakup rumours. She had written:

After Sushmita had announced her breakup with Rohman, rumours of her relationship with Lalit Modi made rounds on the internet. It all happened when Lalit Modi posted a couple of mushy pictures and announced his new beginnings with Sushmita. After this, media reports started circulating that they had tied the knot. However, Lalit cleared in his long note that he has not yet married Sushmita, but one day they will.
While Lalit Modi kept talking about his infinite love for Sushmita, the actress never confirmed the same. She even didn't pay any heed to the murmur of her alleged relationship. After this, Lalit Modi stopped announcing his love for the actress on his social media handle.
