Cut to now, the American singer has moved on with National Football League (NFL) player, Travis Kelce, and they have been dating since July 2023.

Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, is all set to play at the Super Bowl with his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, on February 11, 2024. For those who don’t know, the Super Bowl is an annual league championship of the NFL in the US. Ahead of the grand sporting spectacle, a baker from the UK has caused quite a stir on social media. As per a report by The Guardian, Lara Marson created a life-size red velvet vanilla flavoured cake of the American singer, Taylor, which took 38 hours to be readied, and it weighs around 130kg.
The cake depicts Taylor Swift in a Kansas City Chiefs sweatshirt along with black latex pants and white Nikes with a red swoosh. In the picture, she is holding the Super Bowl trophy above her head. There are reports in the media which state that Taylor will attend Super Bowl LVIII to cheer for her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end, Travis, whose team will be playing against the San Francisco 49ers.

The English baker, Lara has documented the entire cake-making process on her social media accounts. Initially, she planned to make life-size cakes of both Taylor and Travis, but in the end, she could put Taylor in Travis’ jersey. During a conversation with The Guardian, the baker revealed that she and her husband’s love for American football made this feat possible. She said:
“I’ve always wanted to make a Taylor Swift cake because, for the last maybe five years, she has been top of everyone’s list. I really like her, I’m not a diehard Swiftie but I do really appreciate her music and the fact she is a role model for women. I never got round to making a cake but obviously, the Super Bowl is coming up and me and my husband really enjoy the NFL so to put the two things together, it was the perfect opportunity to go ahead with it. She’s amazing, but having the NFL connection made it even more special.”
Lara further shared the difficulties she faced while making Taylor Swift’s life-size cake. She mentioned that the American singer’s features are so perfect that it was quite a herculean task to make them perfectly to the T. Lara joked that the UK is freezingly cold at present, hence, Taylor’s life-size have been holding up good, and they were thinking of enjoying it as their half-time snack during the Super Bowl. She said:
“When it comes to making Taylor Swift, obviously she is so beautiful and her features are so perfect, it’s so hard to do. People will pick apart tiny little details because everyone knows exactly what she looks like. It’s still standing at the moment. In a way, it’s good that the UK is so cold at the minute because it will stay preserved for a good three or four weeks. She could be our half-time snack during the Super Bowl.”
