Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara are in seventh heaven as their twin babies turned one year old. It seems like yesterday when Vignesh and Nayanthara surprised their fans with the baby arrival announcement of their twins. Over the year, they shared adorable glimpses of their munchkins, and they celebrated every big milestone with their fans.
On September 26, 2023, Vignesh took to his Instagram handle and posted a cutesy family photo. In the picture, we can see Vignesh and Nayanthara's twins donning matching mustard-toned onesie. And the parents were seen giving them a piggyback ride on their back, with the backdrop of twin towers. The family looked super happy as they posed for the picture. Along with it, Vignesh penned a heartfelt note, which can be read as:
"My TwinPowers HBD to U2 ! 1 year of smiles, happiness and blessings! Happy birthday to my loving Uyir and Ulag! May you both Stand Tall in this life bringing a lot of happiness to everyone around you! Love you my babies! You have made our life so sparkling and colourful! It’s a festival everyday! With you two! My Uyir and my Ulag @nayanthara Amma & Appa love you two! Ur first birthday near these Tall powerful Towers who are twins just like you."
Nayanthara also shared extremely cute photos with her sons from the latter's first birthday celebration. These were also the first clear pictures of Ulir and Ulag, uploaded by their doting parents. In the pictures, the baby boys looked adorable in white shirts paired with black pants and sneakers. Along with this, Nayanthara wrote:
"En Mugam Konda .. En Uyir, En Gunam Konda … En Ulag. (Waited for a long time to post these lines and our pics together my lovely boys) Happy birthday my dear Sons. Uyir RudroNeel & Ulag Daiwik. On September 18, 2023, Vignesh Shivan shared glimpses of his first birthday celebration with his twins, Uyir and Ulagam. The family was seen donning matching white-hued t-shirts. While Nayanthara and Vignesh looked adorable together, it was Uyir and Ulagam who won hearts with their cuteness. We also loved the balloon decoration and how it could be read as:
"Happy birthday Appa."
On August 27, 2023, the entire nation was celebrating Onam. For the unversed, it is a festival that is celebrated across the state of Kerala. The ten-day-long Onam festivities pay homage to the legendary king Mahabali's homecoming. In the first photo, Vignesh shared on his Instagram feed, we could see Nayanthara and their kids sitting on the floor, and enjoying the lip-smacking food in traditional style.
In another picture, we can clearly see their twins, Uyir and Ulagam sitting on the floor with plates. The kids were seen donning dhotis. Alongside it, Vignesh had written:
"First Onam with my Uyir and Ulagam."
