Divyanka Tripathi is a popular television actress, who made her acting debut with the role of 'Vidya' in the daily soap, Banoo Main Teri Dulhann. However, it was the role of 'Dr Ishita Bhalla' in the show, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein that she got immense fame and recognition. Moreover, it was on the sets of the same show that Divyanka met actor, Vivek Dahiya, and the duo gradually fell in love. Later, the couple got married on July 8, 2016.
On April 18, 2024, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya met with an accident, and her publicist informed her and Vivek Dahiya’s fans about the same. Though the PR team didn't divulge too many details, they revealed that Divyanka has broken two bones in her arm and is now under medical care. They also shared an X-ray image showing the injury, and it looks like the actress was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital.

Meanwhile, Vivek Dahiya postponed his live session and rushed to his wife, Divyanka, as soon as he heard about the news of her accident. Taking to his Instagram handle, he reshared a post originally dropped by the Soapbox PR team to inform his fans about the current situation in his life. The note can be read as:
“We’re sorry to announce that Vivek’s live session scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed till further notice. Divyanka had an accident a few hours back and is now under medical care. Vivek is with her as she recovers. We thank you for your understanding and support. And join us in wishing Divyanka a speedy recovery. Vivek is eager to connect with all of you soon.”
On July 8, 2022, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya and her hubby, Vivek Dahiya completed six years of marital bliss. To mark the special occasion, the actress shared adorable pictures with the love of her life and sent her fans into a meltdown. In the photos, the much-in-love couple was seen embraced in each other's arms under the starry sky amid a romantic setup decorated with fairy lights. Alongside the pictures, she penned:
"I can only thank us for taking the plunge, for having faith in our destiny, for giving a chance to love 6 years back. Happy Anniversary Viv! PS: Anniversaries should compulsorily be cheesy romantic!"

Recently, in an interview with Pinkvilla, Divyanka Tripathi opened up about the frequent question posed at her and her husband, Vivek Dahiya, about embracing parenthood soon. Talking about the same, the actress revealed that though initially they weren’t questioned a lot for the same, now it has become very difficult for them to handle. In her words:
“Thankfully abhi tak koi pareshan nahi kar raha tha humko, aur ye abhi recent times mien na kuch zada ho gaya hai. Jab sahi waqt hoga, ho jayega.”
