Talking about their kids, while Gautam prefers to stay away from the world of glam and glitz, Sitara is already a popular star kid on social media. Not only that, she also made her debut with Mahesh Babu in a dance video, Penny. Following this, she also did the voice-over for 'baby Elsa's character in the Telugu version of the film, Frozen 2. In 2023, Sitara also appeared on the New York Times Square billboard at the mere age of 11.
Thus, with the growing popularity on social media, Mahesh Babu's daughter, Sitara Ghattamaneni also fell prey to cybercrime activity. An unknown source made a fake profile of the star kid and conducted some illegal activities through the same account. Now, taking a decisive action towards the same, Mahesh Babu's production company, GMB Entertainment, issued an advisory statement from their official Instagram handle. The statement also claimed that Sitara's parents have lodged a case under Madhapur Police, and an investigation towards the same has been going through. Sharing the picture statement, GMB Entertainment penned a note in the caption that can be read as:
"This is @sitaraghattamaneni's only account. Any other handle is not to be trusted except the verified one."

On July 15, 2023, Namrata Shirodkar and her daughter, Sitara, graced an event for a jewellery brand, of which the latter is a brand ambassador. The mother-daughter duo made a startling entry over there, and pictures from the same were making rounds on the internet then. The mother-daughter looked every bit gorgeous while walking hand-in-hand. Sitara donned a shimmery gown and styled it with minimal makeup and wavy tresses. On the other hand, Namrata looked gorgeous in a satin outfit paired with an embroidered jacket, an emerald-embedded diamond necklace with matching earrings, and glam makeup.
In 2023, Sitara became the face of a famous jewellery brand. Thus, her face was then featured in the brand's advertisement, which once appeared in Times Square. Moreover, for being the brand ambassador of the brand, the celebrity kid was also paid a hefty sum. And like every other parent, Mahesh Babu and Namrata too, couldn’t hide their excitement and posted glimpses of the proud moment. In the pictures, Sitara turned into a princess, dazzling in the brand's jewellery and looking her best in traditional wear. Along with the pictures, while Mahesh Babu talked about his pride for his 'fire cracker' daughter, Namrata penned a heartmelting note for their baby girl, Sitara.

On June 6, 2023, Namrata took to her IG handle and shared a series of pictures with her hubby, Mahesh Babu and their daughter, Sitara as they attended entrepreneur, Anindith Reddy's wife, Shriya Bhupal's baby shower. It was the first time that Sitara attended a party with her parents. In the first picture, Namrata was seen posing with her husband, daughter and all other attendees. While Mahesh looked handsome in casual attire, Namrata wore a graphic kurta paired with white pants and pearl jewellery. On the other hand, Sitara looked pretty in a pink-hued faux leather dress.
