Koffee With Karan season 8 is all over the news, courtesy of the drama and controversial confessions of the guests gracing the couch. So far, celebrities like Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh, Sunny Deol-Bobby Deol and Sara Ali Khan-Ananya Panday, have attended the show as guests. And now, it's the nanad-bhabhi duo, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan's turn to make some spicy revelations.
Recently, a promo video of the next episode of Koffee With Karan 8 made its way to social media, featuring actresses, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan. The promo showcased the actress duo looking stunning in their respective chic outfits, exuding glamour and grace. Kareena expressed her excitement about returning to the show once again. Alia and Bebo also tried to decode their relationship as nanad and bhabhi, and the latter humorously told Karan Johar that she's not anyone's bhabhi. She was heard saying:
"You should know, you made K3G (Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham). I am not anyone’s bhabhi."

Further, Karan Johar asked Alia and Kareena about their go-to dance move at every party. Later, the host questioned Kareena about not attending Gadar 2’s success party, which was attended by many celebrities. He even brought up her history with Ameesha Patel and mentioned how Bebo was initially supposed to star in the romantic film, Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. However, Kareena remarked that she was ignoring Karan and said:
"I am ignoring Karan, as you all can see."

Talking about Kareena Kapoor's bold remarks about Ameesha Patel, the actress created a buzz in the entertainment industry back then. In an interview with Filmfare in 2002, Kareena opened up about not being a part of the hit film, KNPH, and shared that she is glad she didn't do the film. She added that Ameesha was not even given five-second shots in the film and she didn't look beautiful as she had pimples and under-eye bags on her face. In Bebo's words:
“The film was made for Hrithik. His dad spent five hours on every frame and close-up of his, whereas not even five seconds were spent on Ameesha. There are portions in the film where she has pimples and under-eye bags on her face. She just doesn’t look beautiful, but every shot of his was a dream. If I were in the film, I would have definitely got a better deal, but I still feel that the attention would have divided between us. So, I’m glad I didn’t do the film.”

Earlier, in an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Ameesha Patel shared how Kareena Kapoor made bold statements in interviews stating that she would have done a better job than her if she’d been a part of the film, Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai. Ameesha also added that Bebo claimed that she would’ve also stolen the limelight from Hrithik Roshan in the film. When she was asked about the alleged feud, Ameesha said:
“Kareena made a statement that if she’d done Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai, she would’ve done a better job of it than I had. And she said that she would’ve stolen the limelight from Hrithik or something like that. And I also said, ‘Maybe. Maybe she would have, maybe she wouldn’t have’. The bottom line is that Sonia was me, I did justice to the character, the film was a hit. Nobody can run away from this reality. What I could’ve done replacing other girls in other films I don’t know. Maybe I would’ve done them worse, maybe I would’ve done them better.”
