On July 18, 2023, Sumbul Touqeer took to her Instagram stories and dropped an adorable video with her step-sister. In the priceless video, the actress can be seen roaming around in her living room while carrying her baby sister in her arms. Without a doubt, the sister duo shelled some major sibling goals and their bond is simply unmissable. Moreover, they both looked adorable in their respective outfits. While Sumbul wore a purple-hued tie-dye T-shirt with trousers, her half-sister was dressed up in a cartoon-printed co-ord set. Sharing the video, Sumbul penned:

Earlier, on July 3, 2023, Sumbul had shared a cutesy picture with her six-year-old step-sister on her IG handle. In the picture, the sister duo could be seen posing happily for the camera. Moreover, it was Sumbul's bond with her step-sister that caught our attention and melted our hearts. In the picture, Sumbul's step-sister could be seen sitting in her lap, while the actress hugged her lovingly. Sharing the picture, atop it, the actress had written:

Reports about Sumbul's father, Touqeer Khan's marriage were rife in the media for quite a long time. However, in an interview with The Times of India, the actress had confirmed the reports. Talking about her father's second marriage, the actress said that she and her sister, Saniya were happy for their father. Sumbul also expressed her excitement about welcoming new members to her family and stated that they were eagerly waiting for their baby sister to join them. The actress also revealed that it was her father, Touqueer's brother, Iqbal Hussain Khan, who convinced him to get married again. Elaborating more on it, Sumbul had said:
"We are very happy and looking forward to welcoming them into our family. Along with our father's wife, a new sister will also join our family and we are extremely excited about it. Our bade papa Iqbal Hussain Khan played an instrumental role in this marriage. I am grateful to him."
