Ace Pakistani cricketer, Shaheen Afridi and his beautiful wife, Ansha get married for the second time. Ansha Afridi is the daughter of former Pakistani all-rounder cricket player, Shahid Afridi. The couple got nikahfied back in February 2023 in a private ceremony and hosted their grand wedding celebration on September 20, 2023. This time, the couple invited all their friends and family, including prominent cricket personalities.
The second wedding ceremony of Shaheen and Ansha Afridi was all glam as their nikah was held in the daytime and reception at the night. Their reception was held at the lavish DHA golf and country club, Karachi, a venue that exuded opulence. Their high-profile guest list included the captain of the Pakistani cricket team, Babar Azam and ace batsman and wicketkeeper, Mohammad Rizwan.

Proud father, Shahid Afridi took to his Instagram and shared a cutesy picture with the newly-wed pair, Shaheen and Ansha Afridi. The former cricketer is seen embracing the couple as the picture was clicked from behind. Though in none of the pictures does Ansha show her face in the front view of her, from whatever glances we could get hold of, the bridal attire looked ethereal. The red joda exuded royalty as it featured intricate stone and zari work all over.
Ansha also opted for heavy jewellery for her D-day. Her jewels ranged from a humungous maang teeka to a nath and layered necklaces. The bride stole the show with her elegance. The groom on the other hand donned a traditional white kurta with an ivovy jacket on top. The jacket had stunning intricate work on it which complemented the groom.

There have been many reports of the ongoing feud between Babar Azam and Shaheen Afridi in the Pakistani cricketing industry for some time. However, all such reports were squashed when Babar not only made an appearance at the latter’s wedding ceremony but also embraced his fellow player in a heartwarming hug.
