Pakistani ace bowler, Shaheen Shah Afridi is hands down one of the sweetest cricketers of the opposing team, from upholding on-ground sportsmanship to being a comrade off-ground. Shaheen won every Indian’s heart when he congratulated Indian cricketer, Jasprit Bimrah with a special gift for his newborn son. 

Shaheen Afridi has yet again proved that he is the perfect gentleman anyone could have asked for. Recently, a video interview of the pace bowler surfaced online where Shaheen is seen lovingly talking about his wife, Ansha. He further revealed some juicy details of his relationship with Ansha and how the duo fell in love and got married.

Shaheen Afridi reveals when he fell in love with his wife, Ansha

Shaheen disclosed that he was the one who fell in love with Ansha and was interested in her. So he took things into his own hands and proposed marriage to her. Shaheen added that he fell in love with Ansha in 2019 and then sent his mother to her house with the proposal of their marriage.

Shaheen Afridi divulged that the one quality that attracted him towards Ansha was her love for her family. He added that Ansha immensely loves her parents and sisters, which is very rare in this technology-driven generation, and that one quality of hers made him fall more for her. In addition to this, Ansha has all the qualities he has ever looked for in a wife.

Shaheen Afridi is setting the bar very high for being the ideal husband. He revealed that from the moment he married Ansha, he made it his life’s goal to fulfil every wish of his wife and make her happy. He further revealed that he wants to be as good to her as she is to him.

He added that at the end of the day, he bares his heart out to his wife, and she always listens and validates his feelings. He revealed that after any stressful day, the one person he calls to unwind is his wife, Ansha.
