Ace Pakistani bowler, Shaheen Shah Afridi got nikahfied with Shahid Afridi’s daughter, Ansha in February 2023 in a private ceremony in Karachi. Afterwards, in September 2023, the couple hosted their other wedding festivities, and it was only on September 21, 2023, that they hosted their grand walima celebration. The reception party in Islamabad was a star-studded one, and eminent personalities from all the realms of Pakistani industries graced it. Now, we stumbled upon some unmissable pictures from the same.
On September 22, 2023, Shaheen Shah Afridi shared stunning pictures from his grand reception party with his wife, Ansha Afridi. The first picture featured a close look at Shaheen holding Ansha's fist while the madly-in-love duo can be spotted in the blurred background. The following picture featured the then-groom along with his sasur ji and ace Pakistani former cricketer. Shahid Afridi. Sharing the pictures, he wrote:
"Thank you everyone for the warm and lovely wishes. Here is to the beginning of love and laughter with the special one."

However, it was Shaheen Shah Afridi's wife, Ansha's engagement ring, which caught our attention. In one of the pictures shared by the couple's wedding photographers, we got a close look at Ansha's hand adorned with mehendi. Moreover, we spotted a sleek diamond ring which looked elegant in itself. In the same monochrome picture, Shaheen was seen adorably holding Ansha's hand and posing for the lens.
Shahid Afridi is indeed the coolest father-in-law and proof of the same is often found. For instance, when the player posed for the camera with his son-in-law, Shaheen, a relative asked Shahid to show some love for the latter. It was then Shahid who indulged in a fun banter with Shaheen. The former cricket said that Shaheen is now a grown-up man and is much taller than him to show love. The son and father-in-law duo then posed for pictures and were all smiles.

The second wedding ceremony of Shaheen and Ansha was held in the daytime and the reception at night. Soon, Shahid Afridi took to his Instagram and shared a cutesy picture with the newly-wed pair. In one of the pictures, the former cricketer was seen embracing the couple as the picture was clicked from behind. Though in none of the pictures, Ansha's face was shown, her bridal attire looked ethereal. She teamed it with heavy jewellery for her D-day.
